As you all knows apple released iOS 4.3.2 for iPhone4,iPhone 3GS,iPad 2,iPad & iPod Touch.Apple also Released iOS 4.2.7 firmware for CDMA iPhone 4 or Verizon iPhone 4.To update your Device with iOS 4.3.2 or 4.2.7 your device need SHSH Blobs to eligible for downgrade.
There two methods for Saving iOS 4.3.1 SHSH Blobs, either through a desktop application like TinyUmbrella or simply through Cydia.Both the methods are work, but wouldn’t it be even easier if there was a simple iDevice utility that could do this.
Well, luckily there is a utility that was released into Cydia a little while back called iSHSHit, and with this utility you can quickly ensure that your SHSH Blobs are saved for your current firmware version. Once you save your SHSH Blobs with iSHSHit, you can even email yourself your SHSH blobs directly for backup storage, in case anything ever goes wrong. If you are interested in trying out iSHSHit you will be glad to know that it was recently updated to support saving SHSH blobs for the iOS 4.3/4.3.1 firmware.
TinyUmbrella now supports 4.3.1 for the relevant devices. Currently only iPhone 4 for verizon does not have 4.3.1 support (as there is no 4.3.1 available for the verizon iphone). Enjoy!

Normally I just save blobs without unchecking box and they also get saved to Cydia
