How to Remove Indexed Locations in Windows 7
Windows 7 uses the index to perform very fast searches of the most common files on your computer. By default, all of the most common files on your computer are indexed. Indexed locations include all folders included in libraries and offline files. You can add or remove indexed locations from Windows 7.
Follow this step to Remove Indexed Locations in Windows 7
1. Click Start.
2. Click Control Panel.
3. Click All Control Panel Items.
4. Click Indexing Options.
5. A window named Indexing Options should appear on your screen. It contains all the folders and files which are indexed by Windows 7.
6. Simply untick all the square boxes to turnoff and stop Windows 7 from indexing your files.
7. Done!

I will upgrade my OS to Windows 7…Maybe this will be useful soon =)
