How to Install Android on HTC Windows Mobile phones
1. Go here, and locate the latest Android package for your phone. These special modified version of Android are made for HTC Windows Mobile Phones.
2. Once you have downloaded the package, head to HaRET. This is the Windows Mobile application that allows you to boot into Android.
3. The next step is to unzip everything from the Android package & HaRET into the root of your external storage. For the Diamond, you need to unzip into its internal storage root.
4. Now you need to get a correct startup file, for that you can go here.
5. Once all this is done, just start HaRET from inside Windows Mobile. Your phone should reboot directly into Android
