Enabling multitasking gestures from redsn0w does not work for some people.

I found an easier way to enable multitasking gestures for firmwares 4.2 to 4.3

Step 1: Download iFile from Cydia.

    Step 2: Go to: System > Library > CoreServices > Springboard.app > N90AP.plist

Choose to open this file with Text Viewer, then scroll down until you see
    “multitasking-gestures>/key>”

Step 3. Change the line to then tap Save and then Done.

Step 4. Respring and go to Settings > General and scroll down until you see Multitasking Gestures and turn this feature on.

    Enjoy multitasking :)
