Apple to launch Safari 5 at WWDC 2010

Apple is Going to start WWDC 2010 from today and we have posted some post related to WWDC check this Watch WWDC 2010 keynote Live Online and Gizmodo Banned from WWDC 2010 , now one more news coming for Safari, there is rumors that apple is Going to launch Safari 5 at WWDC 2010.

Safari 5 Key Features:

  • Safari Reader – Click on the new reader icon to view articles in a single, clutter-free page
  • Execution of Javascript is now 25% more faster
  • Addition of Bing search engine
  • HTML5 support, including Geolocation, fullscreen HTML5 video, and more
  • A new Safari Developer Tools to show how Safari interacts with a website
  • Smarter address field (like Autofill) to show matching websites, bookmarks as you type
  • Open new web pages in tabs, instead of windows
  • Enhanced hardware acceleration for Windows for maximum graphics experience
  • Search website history with date

If Apple would introduce these improvements, then Safari 5 would be very good than other previous versions. But despite these features, the device is still missing two big things: a good API for building extensions and the option to automatically reopen pages that are left open when the user close the browser.
