WordPress 3.0 Is Now Available for Download
Most awaited WordPress 3.0 is finally now available for download, if you are WordPress user then you must have seen new message pop on your blog Dashboard, till now WordPress 2.9 is most used WordPress version and now wordpress 3.0 is launched.
Version 3.0, is the 13th major release of the software, and contains over 2,700 changes — including 1,217 bug fixes — that were provided by 218 volunteers, With this release, “WordPress is now becoming one of the most capable blogging platforms out there,” said Adriaan Bloem, an analyst for the Real Story Group, a research and consulting firm specializing in content management software.
Now you can Download WordPress 3.0 from here and you can also upgrade your old version to new version via Dashboard.
Note: First take backup and then go for upgradation and also deactivate all plugins for smooth installation.
Will upgrade to WP 3.0 soon and check its work fine for me or not .

I highly recommend upgrading to the WP 3.0. In fact I even recommend looking over the default theme that comes with it. You might like it as much as I do. I made the switch to using that theme instead of the Copyblogger theme I was using.
Several of my plugins do not work right with this new version. So I decided to wait a bit to update the rest of my blogs so the plugins can have time to catch up.
