According to Apple Inc, the latest news is that Official announcement came through an invitation, which finally about the iPad 3, which is to be confirmed on March 7, it is quite an excitement for people who like to own their iPad for the first time. The event is said to be held in San Francisco at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts which is known to be Apple’s most preferred location for such major announcements.

Retina Display :

Many people are expecting a high image resolution retina display screen on next generation iPad; the ground reality is that the iPad 3 won’t likely sport an extremely dense retina display. However, this iPad 3 feature is expected to double the number of pixels across the screen, and that would take the resolution to 2048 x 1536.

3D Display :

The new iPad 3 may support 3D [Three Dimension] display as there is big era for 3D, but there is a big doubt in that. They may also provide a 3D glass as an accessory or along with the iPad to once again show the difference from its competitors.

Siri on iPad 3 :

Last year, Apple introduced Siri to the iPhone 4S. So far, the technology isn’t running on any of the company’s other products. However, chances are that Apple will be bringing Siri to the iPad 3 as it starts to roll out the feature across its product line. I’m sure you’re awfully excited to hear that.

Camera Rear & Front :

iPad 3 Camera may come with 8 Megapixel and it will  record 1080p HD video with excellent clarity. And also there is a chance for bringing LED Flash facility to capture great pictures during at night mode.

4G support :

One of the things missing in the iPad 2 is 4G connectivity. In order to connect to the Web when you’re away from a Wi-Fi signal, and  you’ll need to connect to 3G Technology. It would be awfully nice if Apple offers up 4G in the iPad 3 and finally matches the many competitors that are already offering the technology.

Price :

 Some reports say Apple will launch the next iPad at a slight premium of $60 or $70, but that has so far not been confirmed. Here’s hoping Apple keeps the iPad’s price the same. According to market, price will be varying.

Storage Memory :

Apple’s iPad 2 currently having maximum up to 64GB. But Last year, Apple launched the iPhone 4S with up to 64GB, as well. Considering its tablet is far more expensive than its Smartphone, so the memory leads up to 128 GB.

Processor :

iPad 2 currently have an A5 Chipset and PowerVr SGX543MP2 GPU that supports great graphics for Gaming and Video Plays. So it may be A6 Processor on iPad 3.
