Windows 7 have so many inbuilt features one of them is ClickLock,
ClickLock allows you to highlight or drag without holding down the mouse button. To start using this feature once it is enabled, briefly press the mouse button, and when you want to disable it just simply click the mouse button again.

Follow this simple step to Activate CliclLock

1. Click on Start. Type mouse and press Enter.

2.Check the Turn On ClickLock box and click the Settings button.
3.Set how long you want to hold the mouse button down before ClickLock kicks in.
