How to Remove Facebook Profile from Search Engines

Facebook is one of the Best social networking site and many people are using it, and if you also a active memeber of Facebook then You might have noticed that your profile is been appeared in Search Engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo, this is becase of now most of search Engines are reall time that mean they showing all inmormation at reall time.

Your profile showing on Search Engines and for any reason you have to hide this information from Google and other Search Engines then here is one simple meathod, Follow this step to Hide/Remove your Facebook Profile from Search Engines

1. Go to your FaceBook Account Home Page.

2. Then Goto Privacy Setting Page.

3. Click on Search section link.

4. Uncheck the Allow box for Public Search Results option.

    I cant understand why one will block it sfacebook fan page to appear in search engines. Its adding a linkback also to your blog. I think it sudnt be hidden from srch engines

    PLEASE HELP!! I did this weeks ago and my profile still shows up on Google search. You have no idea how important this is to me. It’s literally a matter of life and death. I can explain more, if you like but you might not want to know.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    please help me.i edited my privacy settings on facebook.its more then 3 months,my profile is still visible on Google.yesterday when searched with my name on Google images,my my latest and previous profile picture appeared.in past few months my previous picture was visible but now the recent one is showing up 2.which is very weird.i checked my settings several times but its not working.kindly help me out.
