This release of redsn0w is essentially for all jailbreak developers and not to the general public, so as to get them updated with the most recent beta required in testing jailbreak apps. You can install Cydia manually after jailbreaking. However, if you are not an jailbreak developer, it is recommended that you refrain from doing so.

So here are some cues for jailbreaking iOS 6 beta 3. First, you will have to download Redsn0w 0.9.13dev3 from the download section or any links available or at sight. Following this, you have to save iOS 6 beta 3 firmware file (IPSW) from the Apple developer’s portal on your computer. This new version allows you to point directly to the beta 3 file rather than the beta 1 allowed by the previous version. Third, you have to put your Apple devices into DFU mode. After this, just open redsn0w and click Extras. Select IPSW and navigate to the IPSW for iOS 6 beta 3. Now click Jailbreak by selecting main screen option of redsn0w. However, make sure that Install SSH is checked before continuing.

Now, you will have to perform tethered boot with redsn0w. For this, you will have to place your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch in DFU mode. Select Extras from the main screen options, followed by selection of IPSW once more. By selecting Just boot from the Extras menu, navigate to iOS 6 beta 3. After you have done all that what is required, leave it to the redsn0w for performing its part of thing. You will find your device being rebooted and good for performing activities.
