A new jailbreak tool by the name sn0wbreeze has been released for iPhone and iPod Touch users. You can use this tool to jailbreak your iPhone OS 3.1.2 firmware. Sn0wbreeze is currently in Beta and is available for use with Windows 7, Vista or XP.
The current version of Sn0wbreeze supports iPhone 2G/3G/3GS(non MC) and iPod touch 1G and 2G (non MC)
This tool provides the following functionality
- Jailbreak your iPhone/iPod Touch
- Setup custom boot logos
- Activate your iPhone
- Root partition size
- Build custom IPSW
Note: Currently it will better if using tools like PwangeTool or Blackra1n, which have the positive records to jailbreak iPhone, but if you want to give it a try, firstly backup your iPhone data
